Happy Father’s Day! I’m Dr. Tabatha, and I’m thrilled that you’re hanging out with me today. As we celebrate Father’s Day, a topic close to my heart, I want to share some important insights about men’s health and its impact on women’s health. My dad went through major health issues last year, and I’m thrilled to say he is thriving now. Tackling root cause issues and making significant dietary changes, like reducing dairy and gluten, has helped him immensely, especially with his psoriasis.

The Importance of Men’s Health and Its Impact on Women’s Health

Did you know that your spouse shares your gut microbiome with you? Couples share at least 30% of their microbiome, and the longer they live together, the higher that percentage. This means if your partner’s health isn’t optimal, it could be affecting your health as well. I see this every day in my virtual practice.

If you’ve managed to shift your microbiome and gotten healthier but keep having setbacks, it might be due to your partner’s health. Encourage the men in your life to get healthy. What better time to celebrate men than Father’s Day?

Men’s Health and Chronic Conditions

Men often neglect their health until it’s too late. Conditions like heart disease, diabetes, and certain cancers can be prevented or better managed with early intervention and lifestyle changes. According to the CDC, heart disease is the leading cause of death for men in the United States. About one in four male deaths is due to heart disease, and prostate cancer is the most common cancer for men, excluding skin cancer. The American Cancer Society estimates that one in nine men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer during their lifetime.

Introducing the HealthieHim Program

I’ve designed a program called HealthieHim to get men’s health on track. If you’ve followed me for a while or worked with our virtual practice, you know about my Healthy Her program. Women in my program overcome major health issues related to gut and hormone imbalances in a matter of weeks. Now, we’re bringing HealthieHim out into the open because we have the resources to do it on a bigger scale.

HealthieHim Program Details

HealthieHim includes:

  • A comprehensive gut health evaluation and reset
  • A personalized dietary and supplement plan
  • Lifestyle recommendations to guide him through
  • Support for overcoming food sensitivities and gut infections

This program is for men dealing with gut issues like constipation, indigestion, heartburn, skin issues like psoriasis, low energy, chronic joint pain, diabetes, heart disease, and more. If you and your spouse sign up together, you’ll receive $300 off the normal price. Plus, he’s going to save $500 by not doing the Dutch test, which isn’t necessary for most men.

The Benefits of Doing It Together

When couples do these programs together, they often look and feel ten years younger. You’ll connect on an emotional and spiritual level, lifting each other up. You’ll overcome food sensitivities, gut infections, lose weight, balance hormones, and get rid of pesky symptoms. This journey can restore marriages, open deeper conversations, and shift daily life towards healthier habits.

Biblical Inspiration

As it says in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, “Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit? You have received that from God. You are not your own. You were bought at a price. Therefore, honor God with your bodies.” Encourage the men in your life to take back control of their health. Your health and well-being are interconnected, and by working together, you can create a healthier, happier future.
